Went to the stadium to watch my dear and the girls from aviation do their NAPFA test yesterday.

It rained in the night; I was still sitting at the stadium seats.
The stadium lights caught the rain as they were falling, illuminating them.
I know I sound stupid just by typing this, but it looked like snow!

He was a good friend; always by my side.
But I realised he went missing on the 23rd at 7pm.

Met up with my long lost friends to catch The Dark Knight at PS!
As usual, they were late =P
Okay... maybe not that late, so it's cool~
TW actually walked pass me without noticing!

He has never seen me in pink, so naturally, I appeared invisible to him.
Lols~ it really has been quite some time since we went out together.
Movie was great!

Window shopped at PS and went to the Esplanade later to just walk around.
Not often do we get the chance to spend time together.. *treasures the moment*
Met up with her sis at AMK in the evening, to get her her birthday cake and dinner.
It was her sis's chinese birthday, and they decided to celebrate it now~
For some reason, her sis can't have a cake and candles on her actual birthday due to the 'hungry ghost festival' stuff..
I still don't fully comprehend the reason why though~
Bought a family set at Pizza Hut and celebrated at her house~
Ate till I'm stuffed~!

Stayed with YX in club to rush our project for the deadline.
Sad to say, it was impossible.
At 8pm, I fell asleep, waking up only occasionally to check on the time.
My mind was in a blur; time didn't seem to matter.

My mom called at 11pm, asking for my whereabouts.
I told her.
She didn't believe it at first.
Who could blame her?
Amazed to see YX still doing the project.

Got chased out of the club by security.
They were locking the place up.
Left for the train station.
Calculated my odds for boarding the last train; didn't seem good.
Took the last bus back to Hougang, and walked home from there.
YX offered to pay for half of my cab fare.
Thanks.. but I really can't accept that.
Reached home after 30 minutes of walking, and explained things to my anxious mother.

I am stuck on the AES project... mind's totally blank as to how to continue...
Even as I gazed upon my unfinished work, or rather, yx's unfinished work, I feel myself fading away into dreamland..
Or rather, daydream land~
Have passed my 'sleep time', so I'm kinda wide awake now..
So, decided to relieve some of the stress by typing something =)

Had breakfast with my mom today at Burger King.
Something really comical happened~
Mom was talking to me; opening a packet of chilli.
Well, at that time, she didnt realise it was chilli..
In her distraction, she thought that the chilli was actually creamer!
Ploop went the chilli, into the coffee, and both of us gasped~
Hahahz... too bad BK doesnt serve free refills..
So... you guessed it~
We sampled the coffee~!
Lols, spicy coffee doesnt really go towards my liking...
I found it utterly gross~
But maybe someone out there might enjoy it~

Started helping YX with section A of our report, which was due Monday.
Damn~! It was really hard~!
No freaking way was I able to find the definitions in one day..
How are you supposed to find a site that tells you about the changes aircrafts undergo from the past to the present?
Those are the things available only by reading and researching, from a book!
Really really hope that the percentage of this report will not be high...
I cant really afford another low grade for a high credit module...

Detour

Headed over to the Esplanade after we parted.
I tried to find out how to get to theatre 9.
To my dismay, the escalator up was roped off T.T
Probably doesnt allow people like me to enter as and when they like...
Hmm... saw loads of NDP dudes too..

Haha.. but no aladdins nor genies~

Lunch was devoured at Raffles City - a simple bowl of ban mian + a stick of kiwi.
Toured a little; tried to find a new watch..
Sad to say, none caught my eye =/
Headed back to the Esplanade afterwards~
Relaxed at the library's cafe, with a cappuccino and a slice of chocolate cake.
Hehe.. An after lunch snack~
The library there was awesome!
Quiet, with soft music playing in the background - a very nice environment..
CDs and DVDs are also available on the shelves... Wow~
At 3pm, there was a jazz performance~!
Soothing music to the ears..
Almost shouted for an encore when it ended at 4pm, but managed to restrain myself~
Wouldnt want to be carried out of the library by security =P

And so.. I headed off, after a little while longer..
The outdoors was buzzing with excitement~
Floods of red flowed down the streets towards a common location.
It was only then that I realised there was a NDP rehearsal~! Haha..
I did try my best to get inside~
Walked from the Esplanade,
behind the Esplanade,
from Marina Square
but...
The gate marshals held firm, and insisted evryone had a ticket for admission.. darn~!
Since I knew there was no way for a free viewing, I had no choice but to leave..
Sobs.
Oh well~
Guess I'll catch the actual one on TV then~

OH, I saw something really REALLY disturbing at AMK bus interchange today..
A little girl, can't be older than 10, was trying to make out with her grandpa~!
Her mouth was open and her ton-
Bleahhz.. enough..
Sends shivers down my spine just typing it out...
And before she did grandpa, this little girl had her arms around her sister's (I presume) neck, and was giving her occasional pecks on the lips.
Her older sister responded by returning the pecks with long ki... well, you get the picture..
Urgh..
The elder sis looks to be around 15?
Man... Just makes you wonder, what young children are learning these days...
